Seattle staged a remarkable comeback to overcome the Rams in overtime, clinching their place in the postseason.

Rallying from a sixteen-point deficit in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks triumphed by a single point at home, registering their fifth consecutive victory.

While the Rams had become the first to earn a post-season berth earlier on game day, the Seahawks secured their place to the postseason after a two-year absence.

With this result, the Seattle have taken over their Conference standings with a twelve and three mark, replacing the Los Angeles, who dropped to the fifth playoff position with an 11-4 record.

Signal-caller Sam Darnold had two picks but regrouped to deliver two touchdown passes, including the tying TD to wideout Smith-Njigba in overtime.

Darnold then connected with Barner in the end zone, and a converted conversion sent the contest into overtime.

Although Puka Nacua scored for his second touchdown in OT, Smith-Njigba responded in kind to setup the game-winning score.
